Blake Plumley is a seasoned real estate development professional with over two decades of experience in the industry. As a founder and Managing Member of several real estate and development firms, he has a proven track record in developing, marketing, and managing resort residential communities in locations in the Southeast and Southwest US, Colorado, Central America, and the Caribbean.

He grew up in the business, working on his family's projects and learning the ropes from the ground up. Throughout his career, Blake has held various leadership roles in the resort real estate industry and has been instrumental in developing and redeveloping assets. In 2015 the designation of Registered Resort Professional was awarded to him by the American Resort Development Association.

Blake is also committed to sustainability and has facilitated the protection of over 5,000 acres of land in partnership with The Nature Conservancy and other organizations with almost 200 acres here in Eagle County. He is a Full Member of the Urban Land Institute and the Green Building Council. He proudly attended Clemson University where he studied Civil Engineering and Political Science, and currently serves on the advisory board for Tigers United, a consortium of 4 tiger mascot universities. He is a respected voice in the industry and has been quoted in publications such as the Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, and Forbes. He is an avid investor and currently splits time between the Vail Valley, Florida, and the Caribbean.
